Withdrawal & refunds

The short version: to withdraw or cancel, use this form (no sign-in needed). If something went wrong, email us and we'll put it right.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise it, tell us clearly that you're withdrawing: use our withdrawal form, or email hello@bettymarlow.blog, or write to FUTIA (Miraç Eroğlu), J.H.W Robersstraat 99, 7545 HB Enschede, the Netherlands. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. It's enough to send your message before the 14 days end.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

When the right ends early

Betty's 30-Day Paycheck Reset is digital content. At checkout you ask us to give you access immediately and confirm you know that your right of withdrawal ends once the download becomes available. We confirm this in your purchase email.

Our goodwill refunds

Whatever the law says, we'll always refund you if:

• you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount;
• the file won't open and we can't fix it for you;
• you bought it twice by mistake.

Anything else, just ask. We look at every request fairly.
