These terms apply when you use bettymarlow.blog, sign up for emails or buy Betty's 30-Day Paycheck Reset. The seller is FUTIA (Miraç Eroğlu), J.H.W Robersstraat 99, 7545 HB Enschede, the Netherlands, the Netherlands (KvK KvK 99421771), contact hello@bettymarlow.blog.

1. Betty is an AI character

Betty Marlow is a fictional character created with AI. Her backstory is invented. Everything she says (in videos, emails and workbooks) is general education about budgeting and reading a pay stub. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice, it can't account for your situation, and it can be wrong. You decide what to do with it. Read the AI & advice disclaimer.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older. You're buying as a consumer for your own use.

3. Betty's 30-Day Paycheck Reset

A one-time purchase of a printable PDF workbook. After payment you get a download link on screen and by email, and you can get a fresh link any time by signing in with the email you used. You may print and copy it for yourself and your household; please don't share or resell the file.

4. No guaranteed results

We don't promise that you'll save any particular amount, pay off debt by a certain date or improve a credit score. Results depend on your income, your bills and your choices.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, VAT or sales tax may be added and is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. Payments are handled through Stripe Managed Payments: Link, a Stripe company, acts as the merchant of record for the payment. It calculates, collects and remits sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt, and handles payment and billing questions. Your card statement will show LINK.COM.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content and digital services supplied immediately, you ask us at checkout to start right away and confirm that you then lose this right once access begins. 7. Emails

If you sign up for the free calendar, you agree to receive Betty's emails. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Buyers also get service emails (receipts and sign-in links).

8. Our content

All texts, videos, images and workbooks on this site belong to us. You may share links and quote short parts with credit.

9. Liability

We provide our content with care but can't guarantee any financial result. We are not liable for decisions you make based on it, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit liability (for example for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes don't apply to purchases already made.

11. Law

Dutch law applies. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country, and you can also go to the courts there.
